My speaking manifesto:

In a world where work/life is blurred, I want to help creative folks set boundaries and get in touch with what you need to establish an intentional structure to your work, protect your creative inspiration, and equip yourself with the tools you need to sidestep burnout.

I have experience leading and facilitating conference sessions and educational seminars, and have participated in group and one-on-one interviews and roundtables as a guest expert.

Channeling intentional creativity

Who is a “creative”? Well, it’s anyone who creates. It doesn’t matter if it’s art, writing, furniture, food, or spreadsheets. We create all day, every day, and it’s often without purpose or intention, which can lead to burnout and exhaustion.

Learn how to tap into your intuition to better understand what and how you want to create, and channel it into a creation style that benefits you, doesn’t burn you out — and maybe even translates into a business.

The power of rest and work

We’ve all been there, right? We are exhausted, sensitive, and if we have to send one more email, we’ll scream — that’s burnout. When we’re burnt out in our jobs (whether it’s your own business or as an employee), we aren’t helping anyone, least of all ourselves.

In this session, we overview the cycle of creation, and how we can come back from burnout, prioritize rest, and embrace doing less.

Based on the Cyclical Creativity framework.
